eHouse PRO / Hybrid / BMS en eCity Servers-software are developed on a base of common low level "C" source-code under Linux OS. This gives possibility of easy adoption of complete solution into many Linux OS, Hardware platforms, and maintaining maximal functionality with minimum development effort and time to market.

eHouse.PRO Building Automation System (HW)

eHouse.PRO system is centralized solution build from following hardware modules (mostly for professional DiY installations):
  • 128 ingangsmodule (SPI) + 5 beveiligingssysteemuitgangen (vroegtijdige waarschuwing, waarschuwingslicht, bewaking, claxon, stil)
  • host micro-computer RaspberryPi 1..4 or Orange Pi or BananaPi/Pro or ThinkerBoard (can be up-scaled to any microcomputer with SPI/I2C and I/O available on the market)
  • Externe GSM-module voor SMS-melding / -controle (indien nodig)
    •   Implemented security system (256 programmable zones/security masks) with SMS/GSM control and notification to 3 groups.
  • Ingang ESD-bescherming / RJ-12-aansluitmodule
  • Interface-uitbreidingsmodule
  • 128 Uitgangsmodule (I2C of SPI) - met ondersteuning van aandrijvingen / servo's + programma's, scènes
System is based on commands/events. Besturingsopdrachten kunnen worden toegewezen aan programmeerbare ingangssignalen (fysiek en virtueel), individuele algoritme-parser, of op veel verschillende manieren worden uitgevoerd (handmatig, automatisch, in reactie op BIM / AI-algoritmen) tijdens continu gebruik. eHouse hybride gebouwautomatiseringssysteem (HW)

eHouse Hybride systeem is een geïntegreerde variant van eHouse-subsystemen:
  • eHouse.PRO - gecentraliseerd systeem (hierboven vermeld)
  • eHouse One (RS-485 / RS-422 Full Duplex) - stuurprogramma is mogelijk geïnstalleerd op interface-uitbreidingsmodule van eHouse PRO ( Doc | Catalogus | Config Soft )
    • HeatManager (HM) - Autonome centrale verwarmingsregelaar geïntegreerde HVAC-controller voor globale regeling en optimalisatie van energiebronnen (stookruimte, verwarming, koeling, ventilatie, open haard, zonnepanelen, warmtapwaterbuffer)
    • RoomManager (RM) - Geïntegreerde multifunctionele ruimtecontroller voor verlichting, verwarming, IR-regeling TX / RX, dimmen, regelingen
    • ExternalManager (EM) - geïntegreerd beveiligingssysteem met rolaandrijving + RF-afstandsbedieningen (volwassen oplossing)
  • eHouse KAN (Controller Area Network) - vereist externe CAN / RF-gateway of Banana Pi / Pro-computer met CAN-interface ( Info + Webconfiguratie )
    • Universal controllers customizable/configurable firmware by WWW from eHouse Hybrid server (~16 smart points) with ADC, I/O, Dimm, IR TX+RX and "ad-hoc" configuration change.
  • eHouse RF (SubGHz) - (eHouse CAN-controller + inplugbare RF-module) vereist externe CAN / RF-gateway voor integratie ( Info + Webconfiguratie )
    • Universal controllers customizable/configurable firmware by WWW from eHouse Hybrid server (~16 smart points) with ADC, I/O, Dimm, IR TX+RX and "ad-hoc" configuration change.
  • eHouse LAN (Ethernet) geen externe componenten vereist ( Doc | Catalogus | Config Soft)
